When I’m Not Playing Pickleball

I have been painting for about two years, and I paint like I play pickleball. I always have “one more in me.”
I started by checking out watercolor books in the library and worked at that for about six months, and then I found a wonderful art teacher, Jan Archuleta, who has encouraged me in so many ways.
I went from working as a court reporter around 50 hours a week to being fully retired in one day, so I had time to fill. I have managed to fill it and overfill it. My former court reporting office has been turned into an art loft and I call it my “happy place.” Who knows what adventures lie ahead? Life is good! Here are some of my favorites:
